The ADC Adscope 613 Clinician Teaching stethoscope allows both the student and the instructor to listen to examination sounds simultaneously. The combination diaphragm/bell chest piece is machined from surgical stainless steel to exacting tolerances that allows the listeners to hear the low frequency tones on the extra large 1 3/8” diameter bell side, and the crisp clear higher frequency tones on the extremely sensitive 1 7/8” diameter diaphragm side. The non chill bell and diaphragm retaining rings ensure patient comfort during examinations. The dual clinical headsets, one in blue and one in black, makes it easy to distinguish which one is for the instructor and which one is for the student. Both headsets have reinforcing yokes that are molded into our soft and flexible 22 inch PVC tubing and a stainless steel binaural fixed at a 15 degree angle, ending in Adsoft threaded PVC ear tips for maximum comfort and an exceptional acoustic seal. With an overall length of 43 inches, this model gives the extra space needed to allow two people to perform an exam without crowding the space of the patient. The included scope ID tag will help you keep track of your scope and the included accessory kit with a spare diaphragm and extra Adsoft and standard ear tips will help you save time should you need to replace items while in the middle of instruction.
