Shipping and Returns

At Baron Medical, we understand how stressful the work of a doctor, nurse, or medical student can be. Purchasing medical supplies online shouldn’t add to that tension. That’s why we do everything we can to make our shipping and return processes as simple, cost effective, and transparent as possible. When you purchase your supplies from Baron Medical, you can take comfort in the knowledge that your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.

Our Shipping Policies

At Baron Medical, we can ship your purchase to virtually any address in the United States. We are also proud to offer free shipping to all orders of $99 or more. For orders that cost less, our shipping comes at an affordable flat rate. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and the U.S. territories come at a small additional fee, but these costs will be determined by the exact location of your shipping address. Plus, any shipping charges can be viewed in the checkout process before you complete your order.

When buying medical supplies online, the top question most customers have is, “When will my order arrive?” With Baron Medical, the delivery date of your order will depend on the availability of the items you choose, along with the shipping option you select (we typically use UPS, but reserve the right to utilize other carriers as needed).

Once you place your order, your selected items will leave our warehouse within one business day. Sometimes circumstances will delay this process briefly, but it never takes longer than three business days for us to ship our customers’ selections. You can also rest easy knowing that we will always send the tracking number to you as soon as we have it, and if there are any delays (such as your purchase taking longer than one day to ship out), we will be sure to contact you.

*Note: Unfortunately, we can not offer international shipping. If this changes, we’ll be sure to notify our customers and website visitors right away.

Return Policies

Sometimes when purchasing medical supplies online, the order just doesn’t turn out as the customer anticipated. At Baron Medical, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction, yet we also understand that returns are simply a fact of life that shouldn’t cause anyone undue stress. That’s why our return policy offers a full refund, no questions asked, for orders returned within 50 days of the customer’s receipt of his/her purchase. If your return is the result of an error on our end, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. Regardless of cause, if your returned item(s) cost $99 or more, you can ship them back to us for free within 14 days of their arrival at your door.

Unfortunately, we cannot always accept returns on our engraved stethoscopes, due to the personalized nature of the product. However, we may be able to replace the tubing if necessary.
